Recuerden que, aunque las circunstancias sean difíciles, juntos podemos superar cualquier obstáculo y alcanzar grandes metas.

Basa su accionar en los valores de la libertad, la paz, la honestidad, la armonía, la laboriosidad, la reciprocidad, la solidaridad y la complementariedad de la cosmovisión andina con arreglo a la Constitución Política del Perú y demás leyes.

Participar en las elecciones generales del 2026 y en todos los procesos electorales nacionales, regionales y locales, con la finalidad de construir un Estado que represente con legitimidad a todos los peruanos, por el camino de la paz, la libertad y la democracia.

Para lograr lo antedicho debemos celebrar entre todos los peruanos, con libertad y voluntad, un acuerdo nacional para consolidar en un solo Estado el Perú oficial de los descendientes españoles y el Perú profundo de los pueblos originarios. En dicha tarea actuarán como protagonistas los ciudadanos de todos los niveles socioeconómicos y los pueblos originarios, representados por sus legítimos líderes. Ello significa asumir un nuevo sistema, sustancialmente diferente a los modelos de origen europeo, capitalista y comunista. Este nuevo sistema, surge desde las raíces peruanas basado en los principios de la armonía, la reciprocidad y la autonomía de las regiones heredados de la civilización prehispánica, actualizado y enriquecido por los valiosos aportes recibidos de la modernidad europea en el nuevo contexto del mundo globalizado actual.
Conforme a lo expuesto, el objetivo final del partido RUNA es lograr la unidad de todos los peruanos por cuanto la república actual ha sido fundada sólo por los descendientes españoles, sin la participación de la población originaria y más bien manteniéndola en la misma situación de exclusión a la que fue confinada por el Estado colonial.

A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart. I am alone, and feel the charm of existence in this spot, which was created for the bliss of souls like mine.

I am so happy, my dear friend, so absorbed in the exquisite sense of mere tranquil existence, that I neglect my talents. I should be incapable of drawing a single stroke at the present moment; and yet I feel that I never was a greater artist than now.
